Erectile Dysfunction: Causes and Solutions

Erectile dysfunction, sometimes called "impotence," is the repeated inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. "Impotence" L "can be used for other problems that affect sexual intercourse and reproduction, such as lack of sexual desire and problems with ejaculation and orgasm to describe. Using the term erectile dysfunction makes it clear that other matters are not included.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is when a man has trouble getting or keeping an erection. ED becomes more common as you get older. But male sexual dysfunction is not a natural part of aging.

What causes erectile dysfunction?

Experts believe that psychological factors such as stress, anxiety, guilt, depression, low self-esteem, and fear of sexual failure cause 10 to 20 percent of ED cases. Men with a physical cause for ED frequently experience the same sort of psychological reactions (stress, anxiety, guilt, depression). Other possible causes are smoking, which affects blood flow in veins and arteries, and hormonal abnormalities, such as not enough testosterone.

Lifestyle choices that contribute to heart disease and vascular problems also raise the risk of erectile dysfunction. Smoking, being overweight, and avoiding exercise are possible causes of ED.

How to cure it?

Simply we have to avoid from too much stress because as we all know stress is the number one libido killers. Next is don't be depressed, psychologist explained it that when a person is in depressed his body parts will not be working properly especially our sexual life.

Another choice is we have to maintain a healthy lifestyle and we have to eat healthy foods, proper rest and take natural supplements to assist in boosting your sexual drive.
